PRESENTATION | SACO Presentation by Dr Santhuri Viranna at Groote Schuur Hospital

The ARCHERY team are delighted to share a presentation given by Dr Santhuri Viranna, a co-CI working on ARCHERY at Groote Schuur Hospital in South Africa, one of our recruiting sites.

The presentation was given at the SA Congress of Oncology (SACO) conference on 13th September 2025 and is titled "Can AI address the global radiotherapy workforce challenge? Observations from the ARCHERY study at Groote Schuur Hospital". It gives a great overview of the study and the barriers the Radiotherapy Planning Assistant (RPA) tool hopes to overcome.
